Raktch Technology & Software Position: Senior Executive Officer — Marketing & Business Development Requirements - Bachelor’s degree (BBA, BSc in CSE, or equivalent). - 3+ years of experience in IT sales, marketing, or business development. - An established client base and business network in the IT sector. - Strong team leadership, presentation, negotiation, and deal-closing skills. Key Responsibilities - Lead and coordinate digital marketing and field/door-to-door sales teams. - Personally conduct client visits, meetings, and product presentations. - Identify business opportunities and develop plans to achieve sales targets. - Negotiate with clients and close sales deals. - Maintain key client relationships and generate repeat business. - Monitor team performance and oversee daily marketing and business development activities. Salary: Negotiable. Benefits: TA/DA and sales commission.
